We would like to invite you and your families to join the event for this year Dragon Boat festival. We will give total of 2,400 dumplings to 600 senior citizens aged 70 or above.
Date: 16 June 2018, Saturday (2 days before Dragon Boat festival). Location: 九龍觀塘翠屏道邨街坊福利會辦事處門外 Address: 九龍觀塘翠屏道翠楠樓地下L9號舖 (Building on the left after 2nd traffic light on 翠屏道) Number of volunteers: max 25 people
We'd like to have: 1. Strong members and friends to help offloading the dumplings from the truck on site at 11:30pm. 2. Members and friends who can help un-boxing and packing 4 dumplings into each recyclable bag starting around 12:00pm. 3. Members and friends who can help on logistics and crowd management starting 1:30 pm. Actual rice dumping distribution will start around 2:30 pm.
